Lovely rooms with all the necessary facilities. Lovely staff, nothing to complain about, had a really great stay.

The property is modern, clean has superb facilities for 2 days or more stay in Madrid. Staff is always very friendly and caring. It has perfect setting on a quiet historic plaza.

The staff was absolutely incredible, going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The apartment was beautifully designed and so comfortable, with all the amenities we needed like free wi-fi, a dryer, and an electric kettle. The location was jaw-droppingly amazing, with lovely outdoor cafes right outside and the mind-blowing Mercado De San Miguel just steps away. Supermarket and pharmacy nearby. A perfect stay!

Location was ideal and strategic, minute walk from Centro. I was in a themed room in the 2 bedrooms and slept amazingly well. Easy check-in. I loved the staff, they are efficient and best people.

We asked for hypoallergenic pillows and they were provided. It was located in a lovely historic area adjacent to Mayor square, both Opera and Sol metro stops and city centre and attractions,.

We loved the location, just a stone's throw away from Playa Major and the Royal Palace. The apartment was spacious and stylish, with a comfortable bed and plenty of wardrobe space. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals. The air conditioning kept the apartment cool even when it was hot outside. The staff, especially Paula G, were very helpful and accommodating.

Nothing to complain about, didn't want to leave. Our family had a very very good stay on vacation at this unique apartment right by parque del retiro, all the restaurants and the metro stations. Staff was brilliantly friendly and provided us with a microwave oven, an air conditioning, and a personal safe. Had exceptionally comfortable bed, hypoallergenic pillows. There was a bath.

Small but well-designed shower room. Spacious and airy sitting room/kitchen with comfortable seating. Smart kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals. Good air conditioning. Great location near major attractions and restaurants. Would stay again if back in the city.
